Location : +- 25m (taken from the accident report) 30° 28.40’N 87°11.25’W 9 Catastrophic engine failure on take-off, turbine blades penetrated the fuselage and killed two passengers. The crew shut down the engines and broke off the take off. The airplane came to a stop about 1,350 feet down runway 17
